Emma is the owner and founder of Alternative Therapy STL, where she offers a holistic, alternative, and transpersonal therapy approach. She helps millennials in MO and IL tap into their innate healing intelligence to discover the root of their problems and heal past wounds so they can feel more conscious, integrated, and whole. She is currently studying Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and plants a tree for every session she does. Emma's side project, The Inner Work Hub, is a self-paced personal growth learning platform. Emma's first foray into self-employment was her Etsy shop, Philosophias, which she founded in 2012. Philosophias sells handmade beaded leather and gemstone wrap bracelets. To date, Philosophias has sold more than 6,000 items. While her professional life has since taken her in different directions, Emma loves handmade craftsmanship so much that she still runs this business as a hobby 10+ years later!
